The Deskjet 6940 isn't your average inkjet printer. This printer offers the ability to print documents and photos at up to 4800 optimized dpi resolution for exceptionally crystal-clear prints and at paper sizes of up to 8.5 x 24 inches. HP's Vivera Inks and optional six-ink color technology allows for professional quality photos with true-to-life color. The automatic duplex printing feature allows for printing on both sides of the paper which greatly reduces paper costs.  It Works, OS X Leopard, Bonjour & Vista January 7, 2009
A nice printer. You take it out of the box and hook it up and print. I chose to set this up via USB and Airport using it as a Bonjour printer. HP forgot to include the setup poster but there were no surprises. Printer is fast and the color is OK. For the price this is a good value and does what it is advertised to do. BTW 4 clicks of the Mouse to set this up on my HP laptop running 64 bit Vista for wireless printing. That is worth the price of the printer. Steve Jobs done good on the Bonjour software and Vista. I did not elect to use any of the included HP software, just used what was already on OS X Leopard and Vista.
