Product Description The debut album from the British singing sensation who stunned the judges, audience and TV world, coming out of nowhere to audition for Britains Got Talent with a powerfully moving rendition of I Dreamed a Dream from Les Miserables. Like Paul Potts the year before in BGT, Boyles humble appearance belied her amazingly rich, beautiful voice that won the hearts of listeners worldwide. This first album is the talk of the music world after Susans recent performance on national TV in America of an incredible rendition of Wild Horses. Includes I Dreamed a Dream, Wild Horses, Amazing Grace and many more jewels. Artist: Susan Boyle Format: Music CD Publisher/Mfg: Ignatius Press Mfg Code: IDD-D Track List: 1. Wild Horses 2. Versatile Pleasure, Accompllished Styling July 27, 2010 Technophobe (Los Angeles) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I suspect this first CD was intended to show Susan Boyle could sing in a variety of styles. And she can. From secular to religious. Ballad to blues. Now, in her next CD, I look forward to her settling in to what she feels most interested in and comfortable with. Her version of "Cry me a river" is a delightful surprise. "How great thou art" was enjoyable but not extraordinary. This CD demonstrates her voice range enables her to tackle almost any song she likes and with pleasing styling. As enjoyable as this CD is, however, I bet those which follow will be even better if her handlers let her be. A great start for Susan Boyle.
The music was awesome. July 24, 2010 aprilfirst 2 out of 2 found this review helpful

WOW! July 3, 2010 K. Hayes (NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV, US) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I enjoy listening to this CD while driving. I think it is wonderful for Susan Boyle to come from nowhere and then skyrocket! If you are looking for a professional singer with great sound quality, this is NOT the CD for you. There are areas of some songs that she sounds "pitchy" and even off key. All that said, I LOVE the CD and am a true fan! Susan Boyle had a dream and achieved it! That is what this CD is all about.
